THE JOYS OF FATHERHOOD - ICE SKATING

This past weekend, I got to take Christian Ice Skating for the first time.  He fell an busted his little booty a few times, but he learned to continue to get back up and keep going having fun.

You know I love the things that I do, being with other children and teaching, guiding, mentoring, creating art, etc . . . But these are the moments I live for.  I made it just a me and Christian day. We went on our own and ice skated in the snow at the rink in Central Park up in Harlem.  Life has been extra busy lately, but I have to put time aside for these things or else it all wouldn't matter. I haven't been online as much, and I have delayed on a few things, because there are some important daily things happening.  I pray you all are inspired to live and be present as well, rather than always being plugged in to the web.

Anyway, after our skating time I took a trip over the corner store and got us some 50 cent Bodega Hot Chocolate! We hopped on the 6 train and made our way back uptown to the Bronx and Christian spilled half of his cup all over himself and the train . . . A little frustration, but I guess these are #TheJoysOfFatherhood huh? . . . lol.
