So today, All is Love officially released on the site "Animated Destiny" on DVD, which is the documentary we released online this past Summer of 2013 online. The DVD has a little extra footage, and some deeper explanations of my trip to what I call "Cartoon World". If you wish to purchase Animated Destiny, you can click HERE and it will take you to the All is Love online store. This post however is a THROWBACK! . . . Taking you back to a comic book I drew and released a few years ago, back when I was running the Lethal Inspiration Clothing line along with my partner "Squeaksz" who was one of my brothers back in High School. The pictures below are of the only copy of the first issue that I have left. (I only ever made 2 issues. The second one was released at THIS event) I share this with you now in this time where I am excited to continue to step forward into the new. As you see that I am currently working on Cartoons, and the first comic book for The Symbol which I will speak of more in the coming weeks I thought it was only proper to take you back to beginning. There are some things from these early moments that God was guiding all along. They may have not been the most perfect, or may have been done in the most morally just ways, but I am glad to have learned from them to stand before you today. The Freedom Theory was something back when I was searching for truth, but had not yet found it. We are a little over 4 years from when this was released at the first Generation of The Free Art Exhibit. If you have known me for some time, you may know that main-stream rapper ASAP Rocky performed at the second Generation of the Free in 2010. . . I am personally not a supporter of Rocky's work, but we came from some the same places and its a part of my history in my come up. Some of the other artists affiliated with this event and many things I did back then are still in the streets, or at parties, doing drugs, and caught up in lifestyles to be questioned and I pray they all one day are able to step forward receiving more of the fullness of life I have now experienced and is to be expressed in all of the new art moving forward. I want to take this time to give a special thanks to my brother Squeaksz. It was before this event the last time that me and Squeaksz spoke, and although we have grown to live with different values, living two completely different lifestyles you are my brother and I love you - You are in my daily prayers always. . . In fact! I would not have the knowledge of running a brand like All is Love, and having the design knowledge now if it wasn't for you. Although as I have grown to realize my mission and calling and it has made us physically separate, you in many ways are a part of me now being The Symbol. . . I leave you guys with this statement from my brother V, at the end of The Dedication which was released last Spring. - The Symbol
- All is Love There's a difference between mere feelings and commitment . . . To Oblivion. Produced by Alpha Omega. Read full set of lyrics HERE . . . Also, even though this is not a "Definitions" post, but HERE is the definition of Oblivion so that you may have an even greater insight into the meaning and purpose of this record. . . - The Symbol
- All is Love So last night was a great show up in Goshen, NY . . . The other bands did well, and the crowds seemed to receive it all very well. All is Love made some sales at our merch-table, and was glad to share the stage with my brother Kedgy B. Also, had Pedro and some of the All is Love team with me on videos, pictures, and just speaking to/sharing #LOVE with the people.
One of the greatest moments afterwards though was playing with some of the kids who were around and getting to speak to them personally about what it means to Be The Symbol. They all asked for autographs and they all committed to saying that they will Be The Symbol themselves as they went home to their families, and in school, etc. Stay updated on the BLOG at: www.allislove.us as well for some more about this event . . . More pictures and video coming soon. - All is Love - The Symbol Personally for my own sake, I don't really care about having a bunch of followers just for the sake of it, but I would love to be able to build with you all and continue along with my company All is Love to create a culture of complete self-sacrificial and service giving #LOVE . . . And in order to do that, WE NEED YOU TO BECOME THE SYMBOL! Seriously, just saying if you haven't clicked that "Like" or "Follow" Button yet, you might want to consider it. Not because I am the perfect example, but in order to start a dialogue so that we collectively can lead to a community of greater #LOVE . . . #word (No Sales pitch. I'm serious.) - The Symbol
- All is Love I am pleased to tell you that there has been a lot of new music that has been being worked on that I have yet to leak out about. I have been heavy on my own production and am just about to announce to you this EP I will be releasing on iTunes. There have been some great collaborations happening with some of my brother's from across the country. My boy Th0t out in Cali has a single I am featured on dropping on December 10th. Also have a track with my boy John Levi down in Florida. Not to mention some work with this group from Harare, Zimbabwe called The Saints. Then locally I am working with Stephen Jacobs founder of Come Join the BAND!, co-founder of Kids Creative, and one of the lead members of Kids Band "The Dirty Sock Funtime Band" on this project I can only label as Musical Theater that has been really amazing to work on. In the above slideshow you will see my brother KedgyB who is a dope Reggae artist, and will be joining me tomorrow upstate in Goshen, NY at this show. You may recognize him from the track Always There on "The Dedication" that I put out last Spring. He also performed at the I'm from The Bronx BBQ this past summer. If you haven't "Always There" check it out below, and be on the lookout for some new stuff we are working on now. #Whoop !!! - The Symbol
- All is Love Seems like an odd title for a post, but its true . . .
I have been dying to write about this all week. It's been pretty busy on my side and I haven't been able to sit and write a few posts I would like to share with you all. But this one takes most precedence. So, over the past few months I have been watching The Avenger's : Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon with my son on Netflix.(And to be honest, when by myself I have been watching them as well. each episode a few times to soak it all up. lol) I have to say it is an amazing cartoon, with a very intense story line. Usually with any show, movie, theater piece, etc that has this many characters, there is a lack of character development and time for the viewer to identify with each character; however in this cartoon it has been done in a great way. You get to watch these Superheroes with very different backgrounds, styles, and conflicting persona's mold into being a team. The team is led by Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man. With a little background, you know that Tony Stark was a rich playboy with a company geared towards technology especially making weapons and after some events realized he wanted to stop doing this and became Iron Man - the Hero. However, by nature Tony is still at times a Jerk, very sarcastic, and honestly doesn't really know how to fight he is just saved by his intense arsenal of gadgets . . . So here was my thing watching the show - "Why was Tony the leader?!!!" In no way was he really fit for the job. In no way was he ready or able to lead this team. If you follow on Facebook at one point I was going crazy with Captain America quotes and in my opinion he should have really been the leader. With nothing but a great strong heart, and continuous words of inspiration and wisdom he was able to move the team's spirit's in a way Iron Man could not. . . So why Tony? I watched the show, and loved characters like Black Panther, and Thor. . . And later on Vision was a great addition to the team. I didn't really care for the conflicted love story between Wasp and Ant Man, but Hawkeye although a rebel with no powers I was drawn to. . . But again "Why Tony as a leader?" Well weeks after ending watching the cartoon (which at some point I may reference and break down my understanding of the analogy's from it) I got my answer. My son Christian has quite a few Superhero toys and one of them happens to be the Iron Man in the picture above. As any little boy, at times he takes one of his toys with him when we leave the house. This past Saturday we went to a family party and he brought Iron Man. As we are leaving, he can't find Iron Man and there is a HUGE search for it on the way out. I found it finally under a chair and ran out. The next morning as we are leaving to go to the Church he again insists on taking Iron Man with him and I am like "Ok, but if you start playing with it and not paying attention I will take it away." So lo and behold we are in Mass, and he starts playing with Iron Man and this other small robot he had with him. As I had said, I take it away and ask him to pay attention. He is upset and is being difficult at this point then comes the homily. Immediately Fr. Martin walks out and sees a little girl in front with an American Girl doll and speaks to her saying "Wow! That's amazing! You have to teach her how to pray." He then walks on and sees another little boy with a toy and responds in this way to him. He starts to say, all we have to do is teach them to say "Abba, Father. You are my Father." speaking to God. At this point, naturally Christian wants to show Fr. Martin his Iron Man and I give it to him so he can show. Fr. Martin sees and comes over and Christian gives him the toy. Fr. Martin takes the Iron Man, puts his hands in prayer and puts him down kneeling in the pew. At this point its like something clicked and Christian understood. He was completely attentive to the Mass the rest of the way through. As we moved towards the Eucharist, Fr. Martin invited all of the kids to come up by the altar as he does some times to pray before the Blessed Sacrament just as the Angels and Saints do in Heaven. . . Christian goes up with Iron Man with him. And together all of the children stay with Iron Man hands in prayer. At this point it clicked in me and I fought back tears. . . . I AM IRON MAN. Unworthy of the position. I teach Catechism. at my church. I teach Art, theater and Music across the city with no degree. I run this brand All is Love. I am a Father to Christian. . . And how unworthy am I. How much of a Jerk I am at times, and yet for some reason I have been chosen for leadership. . . . Iron Man has been kneeling in this same way since Sunday at my home prayer station. On the last episode of The Avengers . . . Iron Man speaks to Captain America and says "You ever wonder how History will remember us?. . .. I never have, but now I can't shake it. The Avengers have fought Super-Villains, evil robots; even monster from the Negative Zone; but things have gotten worse lately. The Cree, Kang. I just - what". Captain America responds "This is only the second time I have heard you use the word History." Tony - "That's because I have never been able to imagine a world without me in it until recently" At this point some big boulders go flying by in the sky and Tony says "Thats what I get for talking about being History." The rest of the episode is a huge battle with Galactus, where Galactus is going to consume the entire earth. In the end, Tony and the team come up with the plan to send him to the negative zone where he can consistently feed off of ani-matter and not harm anyone again. Captain America then comes to Tony Stary and says "You want to know how History will remember us. Iron Man? . . . Well here's your answer." And the crowd cheers for them. I do this not to seek praise, not as some public spectacle for my glorification but like Iron Man to Assemble the team of Self Sacrificial and Service giving Heroes working with love, in love, and through love for the rest of mankind. . . . Thanks Tony. - The Symbol - All is Love I wish simply only to leave you with this question and simple possible answer as we move forward in these "Definitions" posts. After all, all thought is led towards Wisdom and is this not the aim of Philosophy? But what is philosophy? . . .. Does not thought seek only one thing?. . . Definition? Could Definition be the end to all of the means of thought? hmmm. #TheSymbol #allislove

- The Symbol So this video has absolutely nothing to do with me in particular, but as a Full-Time Superhero and as a part of All is Love whose mission is one of complete Service and Sacrifice I thought this would be an interesting discussion topic to share. I am not speaking of something not seen before, but I just wish to fulfill it in a more complete way. Not only as shown in these movies, but as a daily offering in all that I do. I have many others that I would add to this list . . . For example "Ash" in the first Pokemon movie. Please comment on this post the other greatest Heroic Sacrifices in your own eyes. I pray you all take this journey with me . . . I cannot truly Be The Symbol unless you become The Symbol yourself.
- All is Love -The Symbol This was shared by #allislove today and I thought it must also be put here. Make sure you check out the brand's site and at the store at www.allislove.us . . . Please support! #word - All is Love
- The Symbol So last week I posted an old video, from about '07 and I think it is always good to go back to put things in context. So this post is the first of a series of posts to inform you about the old me. There will be stories, projects, and other inspirations to bring you guys closer to an understanding of the transformations and development from "Feel-X" to Brandon Feel-X Morel, and then to now being "The Symbol", So this project was a Mix-Tape I had put out when I was 16 called ""Ya'll Know who it is! vol. 1". (So you know, there was never a vol. 2 and I don't think there ever will be. lol)
I still have about 5 copies left of this CD, which I sold on the Subway and out of my locker in High School. At the time, I think on the train most people just bought it because they saw a young kid trying to do something for himself and just supported off of the strength of that. I remember down at Times Square we were selling them, and my boy V got stopped by an undercover cop but he just let us go because we were so young. In school I think people bought it because of the hype that I was the only one doing something like this at the time. Back at St. Ray's and even when I went to In-Tech I was known as "That Rapper guy". Out of curiosity I wonder other than these 5 copies I have now, how many are floating around out there if any. These were the early days of course. . . I wanted to be something inspiring and inspirational, but I also was from the Bronx and brought up in this egotistical culture of death. Add to that, I was a lost teen trying to find my way, leading a group of minorities from the Bronx who for the most part only knew of "Thugged Out' Hip Hop music, and had the wrong depictions of manhood depicted to them. As I contemplate the creation of this project, I remember how some of it was recorded in my mom's bathroom where I taped up blankets on the walls to try and soundproof it and another part at a Studio in the hood where one of my homies who was a graffiti artist put me on to because his cousin ran it. His cousin was doing work with Dipset at the time, and was almost signed a few times before getting into some trouble in the streets and moved down to Florida. I remember in particular one day I was there when we were recording and someone got hit on the "Key Up" (yeah. this is back when everybody used to "Bleep" someone from that Nextel, or Boost mobile phone. lol) and was told there was beef on the block. Instantly, on of the guys went into the other room and pulled out a machete, and the other one went in one of the drawers and pulled out a gun and they all went outside except for me and one other dude. I just remember sitting there praying like "God, how did I get into a situation like this." I was never a thug, but I was around so many I tried to keep up the persona. I mean at this point I knew these dudes were drug dealers, and there was weed smoke in the studio every day, not to mention the few times I saw them bagging "that white" (if you know what I mean). This was one of the last days I was there. Soon after was when the dude running it ran out to Florida. And even when he came back over a year later he was low, and by this time I had my own studio set up at home. These are stories not too many know . . . Not even my mom! lol. I know she would have bugged out, if she knew this is what was happening at the time but I was also just a young soul searching to be heard and due to the society I was in, I thought this is the only way it would happen. Thank God, I lived through these experiences and changed so that I can share with you now these stories . . . Stay TOONED. - All is Love - The Symbol So, anyone who has followed me knows that I am consistently with, around, receiving guidance, and working with the Idente Missionaries. This past Saturday, the Idente's here in the U..S. fully received Pjeter, and Natalie into their community.
This was a special thing for me to watch and be a part of for many reasons... Lately, it seems that everyone I know is stepping into their vocations more fully. My old Spiritual Director, Marek Wasilewski got sent on a mission to Germany, a good friend of mine Luis who was the head of the youth ministry over at St. Nicolas of Tolentine left to the seminary to be an Augustinian priest, and even in my circle of people who are doing outside of the work in the community, many are finding themselves and their missions going to school, with many doors being opened for them. It has truly been humbling to be around these people as they "step into the new" as I like to call it. What was extra special about this celebration, was who was taking their vows. I met the Idente Missionaries through the World Youth Parliament (just realizing, I should post soon about "WYP" so you can learn more about it. Stay tuned for that). Two of the first people I met from WYP were Pjeter and Natalie, and to watch over 3 years how they would come to this act of complete surrender is truly a light for me in my own life and in my own mission as I continue to move forth. I have to honestly say, that these two are "The Symbol" for me and I am but a mere civilian still learning about my super-powers. Please join me in praying for these two, as they enter into their vocation and answer their call to holiness. (PS. The food was great at the reception too! . . . Just saying. lol. Word) - All is Love - The Symbol It's only a few weeks away!!! If you follow me on Facebook, or twitter, you may have heard about this already. But the time is starting to run out!
