This was the image at the end of the Golden music video (taken down by Youtube 3 times from the original) and it kinda blows my mind knowing that this amount of time has gone by since the release of this project.  It was my first for sale EP, so it means a lot.

A few years ago, the idea of being a "Catholic" Hip Hop artist, was a crazy idea.  When I had reached that point in my faith, where I felt convicted to hand over everything(even my music and art) to Christ and his Church I thought I was the only Catholic rapper in existence.

Within months I connected with people across the country who were seeking the same thing, to use this modern youth culture to evangelize with the full truth of the Gospel message.  This of course was not without being open to ecumenical dialogue, or without approaching with an open heart to live charitably through the art and daily life.  There were so few of us, and so far spread across the country and abroad it really took a while to start to form.

Anyway, I post this today with a HUGE sense of gratitude.  Golden means a lot to me.  This past year in particular has been a big learning process, as finally this has started to become real.  We traveled throughout New York and the Tri-state area, and out to other states like Texas and Ohio, as well as Massachusetts.  I even had the opportunity to go over seas to Berlin, Germany and through the internet I have had dialogue with people across the globe(some even as far as Nigeria, India, China, and Brazil).

With the mark of this one year anniversary I move into phase 2.  You have seen some of the new music on Soundcloud as free give aways, (which to me the money never really matters) but soon be ready to see what we have in store for you next... Big announcements coming in the weeks to come.

Some people are a little confused about what the "New Evangelization" is... This record is not necessarily meant to give you a theological breakdown of it, but more so bring a little clarity as to how I am using it through Hip Hop culture in this modern context... Enjoy.

This was an important record for me to do.  This is sooo much more than music. Love working with my brother Rabelz. Lets break down my verse for you...

Then the story that comes after is a true story.  People who follow me on social media know that usually I cut my own hair, but about a month or so ago when my machine broke I had to start taking myself back to the barber shop... This story literally happened on my first visit back to the barber shop regularly.

Please pray with me for this man. I have not seen him again. And please pray that we continue to live this faith, not just on the internet, and not just through speeches, music, or art... but truly in every day life.
