Art Therapy

As a kid cartoons and music helped me to deal with whatever I was encountering at the time and if it wasn't that, it was writing. My books and books of art and poetry are the only ways I have known to sort out the scattered thoughts of my mind... It still holds to this day. Each new creation is one that truly brings me to a deeper connection with God the Father himself.

In fact I would say that with every project, every song, etc has been another step in the journey towards him. Even when I was in the secular world, each creation had a way of bringing beauty into some of the most devastating moments.

As an educator I have always seen art as one the highest mediums towards education in peace and love.

I thank God for inspiring me to create beauty to bring light when darkness tries to engulf me... For giving me the ability to channel the fire rather than letting it overcome and burn me down to the ground.
